Why BUILDCore? 

I created this program with the goal of approaching core training from a whole body lens, integrating breathing, position, mobility, and core / stability challenge. 

Core training always felt so monotonous to me. But, taking on a new approach has not only shifted my view of core training, but helped build some serious strength. Take this time to learn more about your body, gain awareness of your own tendencies, and learn the basics of breathing. The breathing stuff is HARD and takes practice, but it will get easier over time. Once it clicks I know you’re going to love it and see and feel the difference.

The Breakdown

The program is broken into 9-phases of breathing and mobility + strength exercises, each getting progressively more challenging. I have also included an “Advanced Core” section you’ll receive two weeks after purchase for you to explore more challenging movements and apply what you’ve learned. I encourage you to work through every phase before moving on to the “Bonus” section. 

Each phase is also accompanied by a brief introduction and a little education on the WHY behind exercise selection, which can be helpful as you move through exercises.
