I believe that all women should feel informed and supported in however they choose to move their bodies. My goal is to serve you through a structured and progressive program that supports your postpartum recovery, activities of daily life as a parent, and return to athletic activity. Training Approach
I take a functional strength approach to fitness, with a strong emphasis on core + pelvic floor health. Together we’ll focus on exercises that help you move well in your day-to-day life. Whether your long-term goals are to return to group fitness classes, run, or keep up with active kiddos, we’ll work together to get you there.
I’d love to work with you if:
You are an athlete who wants to train smartly to get back to high-intensity training postpartum (or at any time).
You have experienced any of the following: lower back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, SI Joint pain, or sneezing or peeing when you run, jump, or lift. It is never too late to get started.
You want to return back to high intensity exercise / running without pelvic floor symptoms, AND you’re willing to get back to the basics. We dial in on breath mechanics and position (accessing a stack) and building connection from the ground up (foot work!).
Enjoy movement, love to explore new things, want to address any lingering niggles, and take a whole body approach.

1:1 Movement Session
1:1 Movement Assessment and Training session designed for your unique needs. Sessions include a movement based assessment, troubleshooting, and individualized exercises for your unique needs, goals, and fitness level.
- Mobile training sessions offered in San Diego (contact for more details on location).
- 1:1 training sessions offered virtually through zoom. In person San Diego sessions coming November 2025.

Small training for up to three (3) participants. A great opportunity for 1:1 training in a small group environment. In person small group coming November 2025.
