Foodie Faves in San Diego: Avocado Toast Edition

There are a few foods you can always find in our home, and avocados are one of them (bananas, eggs, and almond butter round out the list). The heart-healthy fruit is jam-packed with nutrients, flavor, and a deliciously creamy texture—perfect for spreading on toast! Luckily in San Diego, avocados are readily available, and a delicious side option at most restaurants. I’ve been on the hunt for a perfectly satisfying avocado toast creation around town since coming back from Paris. Something about fresh toast, buttery-smooth avo, and fried eggs makes my stomach rumble. Looking for the perfect avocado toast for your next brunch?
